MIL-HDBK-189B (NOTICE 1), DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE HANDBOOK: RELIABILITY GROWTH MANAGEMENT (RGT) (17 MAY 2010)., MIL-HDBK-189B, dated 29 April 2010, was removed from ASSIST because it was approved prior to full document coordination.
