【摘要】:ThispartofISO7176specifiesamethodformeasuringtheseatingandwheeldimensionsofwheelchairs.Itisapplicabletowheelchairsandvehiclesintendedtoprovideindoorandoutdoormobilityatspeedupto15km/hforpeoplewithdisabilitieswhosemassdoesnotexceed120kg,includingthefollowingclassificationsfromISO9999:1992:Electricmotor-drivenwheelchairswithmanualsteering122124Electricmotor-drivenwheelchairswithpowersteering122127Poweredattendant-controlledwheelchairs122121Manualattendant-controlledwheelchairs122103Bimanualrear-wheel-drivenwheelchairs122106Bimanualfront-wheel-drivenwheelchairs122109Bimanuallever-drivenwheelchairs122112Single-side-drivennonpoweredwheelchairsdrivenbyonearmoroneleg122115Foot-propelledwheelchairs122118Itdoesnotapplytowheelchairswithaseatwidthoflessthan212mm.ThispartofISO7176doesnotspecifynominalseatingandwheeldimensionsforwheelchairs.NOTEForwheelchairsnotcoveredbythescope,thispartofISO7176maystillgiveanindicationofwheremeasurementsshouldbemade.Observethatforwheelchairsdesignedforuserswhosemassissignificantlygreaterthanthereferenceloadergauge(seeAnnexA)andwhichhavecompressiblepartssuchassprungwheelsand/orseats,thismeasurementproceduremaynotgivethecorrectseatmeasurements,asthecompressiblepartswillnotbefullycompressed.
