【摘要】:Thistestmethodofapplyingforcemaybeusedasastandardtesttocomparethecharacteristicsofagivendesignofcontainer/child-resistantclosuresystemwithastandardortocomparethecharacteristicsofcontainer/childresistantclosuresystemsdifferinginconstruction.Itmaybeusedtosimulatecertainmanipulationsthatmaybeexpectedtooccurinprotocoltesting(suchas,pryingwiththeteeth,orobjectsintheroom,biting,andpullingwiththeteeth).Thistestmaybeusedtoestablishperformancespecifications.Shellingforcemayvarywithcapapplicationtorque,bottledesign,andotherfactors.Consequentlywhereprecisecomparativeresultsaredesired,thesefactorsmustbecarefullycontrolled.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementoftheforcerequiredtoseparate(or"shell")thesnap-fittedoutercapfromtheinnercapofTypeIA,IB,orICchild-resistantclosures.SeePracticeD3475.1.2ThistestmethodisanalternativetoTestMethodD3481,amanualtestprocedure.1.3Thistestmethoddoesnotmeasuretheforcerequiredtoseparatepartsofachild-resistantclosuresystemthatwereoriginally"screwed-on"insteadof"snapped-on"(forexample,pullacapoverorthroughcontinuousormulti-startthreadswhenthecapwasoriginallyscrewedon).1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-pound(lbf)unitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO14529specifiestherequirementsforthephysicalandchemicalpropertiesofphenolicpowdermouldingcompounds(MP-PMCs)andcompression-orinjection-mouldedtestspecimensproducedfromthem.Itislimitedtothosepowdermouldingcompoundswhosecompositionandpropertiesaresignificantlydifferent.Itisfurtherlimitedtothosemouldingcompoundswhichareofgeneraltechnicaland/oreconomicimportance.Thepropertieswhichareusedtocharacterizethemouldingcompounds,thetestmethodsandthetestconditionsareselectedfromthosegiveninISO14529-2.Themouldingcompoundsaredividedintotypesaccordingtotheircompositionandproperties.ThevarioustypesaredesignatedusingthedesignationsystemdefinedinISO14529-1.
