【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesthecommonmethodologyforinspectionofairconditioningsystemsinbuildingsforspacecoolingandorheatingfromanenergyconsumptionstandpoint.Theinspectioncanconsiderforinstancethefollowingpointstoassesstheenergyperformanceandpropersizingofthesystem:-Systemconformitytotheoriginalandsubsequentdesignmodifications,actualrequirementsandthepresentstateofthebuilding.-Correctsystemfunctioning.-Functionandsettingsofvariouscontrols.-Functionandfittingofthevariouscomponents.-Powerinputandtheresultingenergyoutput.Itisnotintendedthatafullauditoftheairconditioningsystemiscarriedout,butacorrectassessmentofitsfunctioningandmainimpactsonenergyconsumption,andasaresultdetermineanyrecommendationsonimprovementofthesystemoruseofalternativesolutions.Nationalregulationsandguidelinestargetingenergyefficiencyandinlinewiththemainobjectivesofthisstandardarealsoapplicable.NOTEProvisionofadequateventilationandsystembalancingaredealtwithinEN15239.Thequalificationofthepersonsororganisationresponsibleforinspectionsisnotcoveredbythisstandard,buttherequirementsforinspectionsarecovered.Thefrequencyofthemandatoryinspectionisdefinedonnationallevel.FeaturesaffectingthefrequencyanddurationofinspectionareintroducedinAnnexC.
