【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000establishesamethodologyfortheachievementoffunctionalsafetyonlywithregardtoelectromagneticphenomenaofelectricalandelectronicsystemsandinstallations,asinstalledandusedunderoperationalconditions.Thismethodologyincludestheimplicationithasonequipmentusedinsuchsystemsandinstallations.Thistechnicalspecification:a)appliestosafety-relatedsystemsincorporatingelectrical/electronic/programmableelectronicequipment;b)considerstheinfluenceoftheelectromagneticenvironmentonsafety-relatedsystems;itisintendedfordesigners,manufacturersandinstallersofsafety-relatedsystemsandcanbeusedasaguidebyIECcommittees;c)isnotconcernedwithdirecthazardsfromelectromagneticfieldsonlivingbeingsnorisitconcernedwithsafetyrelatedtobreakdownofinsulationorothermechanismsbywhichpersonscanbeexposedtoelectricalhazards.ItmainlycoversEMCrelatedaspectsofthedesignphaseofsafety-relatedsystemsandequipmentusedtherein,anddealsinparticularwith-somebasicconceptsintheareaoffunctionalsafety,-thevariousEMCspecificstepsfortheachievementandmanagementoffunctionalsafety,-thedescriptionandassessmentoftheelectromagneticenvironment,-theEMCaspectsofthedesignandintegrationprocesstakingintoaccounttheprocessofEMCsafetyplanningonsystemaswellasonequipmentlevel,-thevalidationandverificationprocessesregardingtheimmunityagainstelectromagneticdisturbances,-theperformancecriterionandsometestphilosophyconsiderationsforsafety-relatedsystemsandtheequipmentusedtherein,-aspectsrelatedtotestingoftheimmunityofsafety-relatedsystemsandequipmentusedthereinagainstelectromagneticdisturbances.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisapplicabletosafety-relatedsystemsintendedtocomplywiththerequirementsofIEC61508and/orassociatedsector-specificfunctionalsafetystandards.Forsafety-relatedsystemscoveredbyotherfunctionalsafetystandards,aconsiderationshallbemadeoftherequirementsofthisTechnicalSpecificationinordertoidentifytheappropriatemeasuresthatshallbetakenwithrelationtoEMCandfunctionalsafety.ThisTechnicalSpecificationmayalsobeusedasaguideforconsideringEMCrequirementsforothersystemshavingadirectcontributiontosafety.
